These terms cover the estimate pages of Ventura Stone Construction, CA License #1042404. Sending the form means you agree to these terms, the privacy policy, and the messaging terms. If you do not agree, do not send the form.

The estimate

The form asks us to look at the work and give you a price at the house. It is not a contract to do the work, and it is not a promise that the work will cost a particular amount. A price, a schedule, and a payment plan become an agreement only when both sides accept a written proposal.

If that later contract is a California home-improvement contract signed at your home, California law may give you a right to cancel it. That right will be written in the contract. It is not created by this website.

Give us an address where we can visit, and a phone number and email where we can reach you. We schedule visits for projects we can serve. We may decline a request outside the area where our crews work.

The website

We may change the questions, the available times, or these pages. A change is effective when it is posted here with a new date. The site can be unavailable while it is updated. Do not use this website for an emergency. Do not try to break, copy, or overload it.

The words and photographs on this website belong to Ventura Stone Construction or the people who licensed them to us.

Messages

Texts about the estimate are covered by the messaging terms, for a phone in any state. Agreeing to those texts is not required to hire us. The privacy policy describes the information we keep, including rights for California residents and for residents of other states.

Disputes about this website

Questions about this website are governed by California law. The written construction contract governs the work itself. Nothing on this website limits a right you have under California contractor law, or under the privacy law of the state where you live.
