Privacy policy

Ventura Stone Construction, CA License #1042404, uses this policy for every estimate request, wherever you live. It explains what we collect, who receives it, and how to use the privacy rights available in California and in other states.

What we collect

When you use the estimate form, we collect your answers, name, phone number, email address, street address, city, and ZIP code, and whether you asked us to text or call. If the link you opened included campaign details or a click identifier, we keep those too.

When the estimate is saved, the server also has the IP address and browser of that submission. We use those to send the Lead event described below and to block bots. This page does not use a Meta pixel, advertising cookies, or a separate analytics tracker. Cloudflare may use a short-lived check to decide whether a submission is automated.

How we use it

We use this information to contact you about the estimate, book the visit, do work you hire us for, keep contractor records, and see which ads produced the request. Texts are limited to the estimate and the visit, as described in the messaging terms.

Who receives it

GoHighLevel stores the contact and sends our text messages.
Meta receives one Lead event so it can match the request to the ad. The event can include your name, email, phone, city, ZIP code, state, IP address, browser, and click identifier. Meta does not get permission to text you.
Cloudflare hosts the website and checks the submission for bots.

We do not sell personal information. We do not give your mobile number, or your consent to receive texts, to other companies so they can market their own products.

Do not sell or share

We do not sell personal information for money. The Lead event sent to Meta is the only advertising share. If you live in California, or in another state that lets you opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, you can opt out of that Lead event for future requests.

Reply to a text from Ventura Stone Construction and say “do not share.” Include the phone number or email you used on the form. We will not charge you a different price, or refuse an estimate, because you made this request.

How long we keep it

We keep the information while we are preparing the estimate, while we are doing work you hire us for, and for as long as contractor, tax, or other laws require. When we no longer need it for those reasons, we delete it or reduce it to records that do not identify you.

Your privacy rights

If you live in California, you can ask us to tell you what we have, correct it, delete it, or provide a copy. You can also opt out of the advertising share described above. You can send an authorized person to make the request for you. We do not collect government ID numbers, precise location from your phone, or health information on this form.

If you live in another state that gives people rights to access, correct, delete, or opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, you can make the same requests. If that state lets you appeal our answer, reply and ask us to review it.

To make a request, reply to a text from Ventura Stone Construction. Tell us what you want and include the phone number or email on the form. We will not ask you to receive more marketing in order to honor the request.

Children

This website is for adults who can request work on a home. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.
