Messaging terms

These terms apply to every mobile number submitted on this website, in California or in any other state. Ventura Stone Construction, CA License #1042404, sends text messages about your estimate and your visit. Entering your mobile number and sending the form is your permission to receive those messages.

What we text

Messages confirm that we received the estimate, share the visit time after you book, and answer questions about that request. We do not use this program to send unrelated promotions. If you choose “Call me,” we may still send those texts and also call. How many messages you receive depends on your request. Message and data rates may apply.

How to stop

Reply STOP to cancel text messages. You can do that from any state. Reply HELP for help, or reply to a message and tell us what you need. After STOP, we will not send more texts. We may still call if you asked us to call about the estimate.

Agreeing to texts is not required to hire us, and it is not required to receive an estimate. You can opt out later and still talk with us another way.

Who can use the number

We do not sell mobile numbers. We do not give your consent to receive texts to other companies for their own marketing. GoHighLevel receives the number only so it can send our messages. A hashed phone number may be included in the Lead event described in the privacy policy so Meta can measure the ad. That event does not let Meta text you.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
